TUBU Fest is having is having a Masquerade Cocktail Party to raise money for our glorious festival! Come out! It takes a village to make TUBU Fest a reality. Celebrate our communities accomplishments, cheer on your friends and family! We will be announcing the directors at the fundraiser! It's an event you don't want to miss. Bring everyone you know to dress up for the TUBU Fest Masquerade. The event of the year. There will be something for everyone. Food from Cabo Bobs, Bar with specialty cocktails from Deep Eddy’s flavored vodkas and Tito’s, a Tarot Card Reader, a Photo Station with props & costumes, Dance Floor, a Silent Auction and Live Music! See you there.

Theatre for Us By Us Festival (TUBU Fest) is an award winning annual disability short fringe theatre festival in Austin, TX hosted at the Ground Floor Theatre. TUBU Fest works with Central Texas artists to produce original works by people with disabilities from all over the world.

TUBU Fest believes in and advocates for accessible theatre. We provide the following:

  1. Audio description for each show upon request.

  2. ASL Interpretation upon request.

  3. Large Font Scripts, emails, and documents.

  4. Screen Reader modified scripts.

  5. Audio recorded scripts.

  6. Wheelchair accessible rehearsal spaces and theatre (including the bathroom, audience, stage, and backstage area).

  7. Rehearsal and theatre venue on the Cap Metro/Metro Access routes.

  8. Individualized accommodations to ensure a successful theatrical performance experience.
